Our client is a well-established provider of large-format digital print and signage solutions with nearly two decades of industry presence and operations in both Johannesburg and Cape Town. Their offering spans dye sublimation signage fabrication and end-to-end visual communications servicing clients across the automotive retail events and exhibition sectors.
They are currently looking to appoint a Sales Executive with strong business development capabilities. This is a proactive externally focused role requiring a self-motivated individual who can independently source leads engage prospective clients through site visits and industry events and manage the full sales cycle through to account growth.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-driven individual who thrives in external sales environments. They have a keen eye for identifying opportunities in any setting from industry expos to retail walk-throughs and act decisively to convert them into business.
Minimum Requirements: 3 years of experience in sales within printing signage branding dye sublimation or related industries Proven ability to exceed sales targets Strong communication and client relationship skills Highly self-motivated and action-oriented Comfortable with national travel and external sales activity Own reliable vehicle essential (petrol card provided)
Responsibilities: Proactively identify approach and secure new business opportunities within industries that require print signage or branded promotional products. Generate leads through cold calling attending expos visiting retail and commercial sites and leveraging tools to build targeted databases. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clientsensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing the deal and ongoing account management. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by delivering tailored print and signage solutions. Provide clients with expert guidance and relevant recommendations based on their specific printing needs. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Submit regular sales reports detailing activity pipeline status and market insights. Grow and manage your own portfolio of clients converting one-off sales into long-term high-value accounts.
