Job Description
A well-established company in the automotive sector is seeking a dynamic and experienced External Sales Representative to join their team. If youre a motivated go-getter with a passion for building client relationships and driving sales this opportunity is for you!
Salary: Basic salary benefits
Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
35 years proven experience as a Sales Representative
Strong external sales background
Experience in the automotive automotive glass or insurance industry (advantageous)
Digital marketing knowledge (beneficial)
Positive self-motivated attitude
Valid drivers licence & own reliable transport
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers brokers & fleet customers
Service existing clients and grow the customer base through new business development
Conduct cold calling and client visits to generate leads
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for customers
Meet and exceed sales targets within set timeframes
Prepare and submit daily call sheets and progress reports
Negotiate pricing and secure profitable deals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
Report on market trends competitor activity and customer needs
