Position: Content Creator (Russian)
Location: Hybrid Tashkent

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and versatile Content Creator (Russian) to join our team in this role you will develop engaging digital content across multiple platforms helping to strengthen brand presence and drive audience engagement. Key Responsibilities

Create compelling content for websites social media and email campaigns.

Produce engaging multimedia content including short-form videos (with occasional on-screen participation).

Ensure all content aligns with brand identity values and tone of voice.

Write persuasive copy to drive audience engagement and conversions.

Capture key event moments and repurpose them into creative digital assets.

Collaborate with marketing design and regional teams on campaigns and initiatives.

Follow established workflows and templates to deliver projects efficiently.

Stay up to date with compliance industry guidelines and best practices.

Track content performance and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
Requirements

Native or fluent in Russian (C1) and strong English skills (B2).

Degree in Marketing Journalism Communications or related field (flexible).

Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing.

Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work (must be submitted with application).

Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization.

Creative detail-oriented and passionate about digital storytelling.
