PSG are partnering with a leading resources company to recruit a Systems Coordinator to take ownership of the implementation support and optimisation of the INX Software Suite.
This role plays a critical part in coordinating and enhancing our clients use of INX across core modules including InControl (Health & Safety) InTuition (Training) and InFlight (Site Administration & Logistics).
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain the INX Software Suite ensuring smooth implementation upgrades and ongoing support.
- Deliver end-to-end support for end users including training guidance troubleshooting and remediation.
- Manage system-related projects data integrations scheduled reporting and enhancements.
- Act as the primary liaison with the vendor for support tickets and system improvements.
- Provide support and guidance on other Health and Safety related systems
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to improve utilisation and business outcomes.
Skills & Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of INX Software including InControl InTuition InFlight Mobile Moodle and Assessor.
- Strong understanding of database design data analysis and reporting tools (Excel BI etc.).
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent problem-solving and project coordination skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Desirable: experience with Pronto SharePoint or other system environments
