Compensation & Incentives

Guaranteed Salary: $350000 annually (full-time)
Production-Based: 45% of gross profit
Average Daily Production: $9000
Incentives: Mileage and hotel reimbursement
No non-compete contracts

Your Role

Perform 100% Endodontic procedures (no general dentistry)
Diagnose and treat diseases of dental pulp and periapical tissues
Provide high-quality patient care aligned with top dental ethics
Maintain professional affiliations and local community presence

Qualification

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Completed ADA-accredited Endodontic residency or
General Dentist with advanced Endo training and 100% Endo experience
Skilled in molar Endo Endo retreatment and microscope use
US Citizenship required (foreign-trained Endodontists welcome)
