Job Summary
Job Title: Network Engineer
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Columbia SC 29201 (Hybrid 2 days onsite/week)
Note: Must be a current South Carolina resident. No relocation.
Overview
Navitas Partners LLC is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support statewide Cisco/Meraki network infrastructure and major technology initiatives. This role involves designing implementing securing and troubleshooting enterprise WAN/LAN/wireless environments while supporting multiple ongoing projects.
Responsibilities
Monitor maintain and troubleshoot statewide networks and site-to-site tunnels.
Configure and support Cisco firewalls (ASA & FirePower) routers and switches (3750 C9500 C9300 Nexus 5k/7k).
Support Meraki switches MX firewalls and wireless access points.
Perform software upgrades log analysis and network performance optimization.
Provide remote troubleshooting with statewide IT teams.
Develop implementation/test plans and maintain documentation.
Lead and support network projects end-to-end.
Communicate technical impacts and provide knowledge transfer to peers.
Required
46 years with Cisco Firewalls Routers and Switches
Experience with Wireshark
Cisco CCNA & CCNP certifications
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred
Cisco AnyConnect Client & VPN experience
Knowledge of .1X AD DNS ADFS PKI PowerShell
