Job Description
Air Liquide began operations in Malaysia in 1927 and is one of the pioneers of the gas industry in Malaysia. Operating in 11 locations in Malaysia comprising both sales offices and production facilities Air Liquide supports our customers through providing innovative solutions at every step of their production including industrial and specialty gases energy solutions application technologies and services. ToprovidewidespectrumlegalsupportforcommercialindustrialCoEprocurementactivitiesanddesignatedbusinessactivitiesandfurnishdailyadviceonlocallawandregulationrelatedmatters.
RolesandResponsibilities
(ProcurementDigital&ITFinanceLogistics).
Leadthebiddingprocessincludingdraftingreviewingandnegotiatingcontractsandindependentlyorwithexternalsupportreachingagreementsandhandlingdisputes.
Manageethicscomplianceincludingfraudtrainingandcoordinateinvestigationsofsuspiciousfraudcases.
Providefull-scalelegalsupportforM&Aactivitiesfromadvisingontransactionstomeetstrategicobjectivestocasemanagementwiththebusinessteamanddemonstratingstrongcontractdraftingskills.
Manageextensivestakeholderrelationshipsacrossmultiplejurisdictionsliaisingwithregionallegalteamsandinternalstakeholderstoprovideenhancedlegaladvisory.

Are you a MATCH
Hold an LLB or LLM in law and
Admission to Malaysia bar and possess a minimum of 12 years of professional legal experience with a mandatory background in a well-regarded law firm and/or in-house within a multinational company.
Exhibit sophisticated legal skills and solid experience in M&A (strongly preferred).
Demonstrate excellent command of spoken and written English and be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese Mandarin(Preferred)
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills maturity the ability to work independently and good business acumen.
Experience in corporate commercial regulatory law compliance and a substantial background in industrial/manufacturing sectors are a plus.
