Aztrum is delighted to be working with a reputable Architectural practice based in Cardiff. As my client look to expand they are excited to bring expertise to new projects and partnerships within the residential education senior living commercial retail and mixed-use schemes.
Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:
- Produce detailed design drawings specifications and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants contractors and suppliers to ensure project deliverables meet quality and time expectations.
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and standards.
- Manage and contribute to BIM models for project coordination and delivery.
- Stay updated on advancements in construction technologies and sustainable practices.
What Were Looking For:
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field.
- Proficient in Revit.
- Solid understanding of UK building regulations and technical standards.
- Excellent communication teamwork and organizational skills.
- A passion for precision and high-quality deliverables.
