About You

• Experience in Motor Assessing is essential - minimum 2 years experience required
• Knowledge of assessing and estimating programs from the motor insurance industry
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of conflict resolution processes
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• A team player with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and resolution skills
