Job Summary
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager positionin the Lake Charles area.
Job Description:
Strong clinical RN wanting to move into a leadership position. This position will include a 9 week or longer structured mentor program to prepare for a Director of Nursing role. The training will include working with an assigned mentor educating on all aspects of hospice operations to ensure competency of leadership and compliance for all regulations
Qualifications:
- Licensed RN in the State of Louisiana- required
- 1yearsexperience as a RN - preferred
- Experience with Hospice or Home Health- preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to travel must havereliable transportation
- Clean backgrounddrug screen and driving record
