Patient Demographics: 99% Adult; 1% Geriatric

Patient Volume: 85-100

No of Admissions: 3-10

Support Staff:

- 1 APP 4-10 RNs CNAs

- CHs MSWs Clinical Managers (RNs)

EMR: Epic

Other Info:

- Weeknight calls are variable - sometimes may have 0 admits and 1-2 symptom calls sometime 4-5 admits come after 5pm and multiple calls on complex patients during the night for crisis visits or GIP admits.

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active OR or WA License or IMLC

BC/BE (If BE within 5 years of residency)

BLS

DEA

FM IM highly prefer they are in Hospice (if FM or IM they MUST have ample experience in hospice work)
