Youll be at the forefront of expanding Gohfrs delivery network by identifying and engaging businesses that rely on time-sensitive reliable logistics solutions; from pharmacies and medical device companies to other critical industries.

Responsibilities
Prospect & Research: Identify qualify and target new business opportunities in local markets and across all regions served by Gohfr.
Lead Generation: Drive outreach through cold calls walk-ins networking and email campaigns to build a steady pipeline of leads.
Client Engagement: Present and pitch Gohfrs services directly to decision-makers clearly communicating our value in solving time-sensitive delivery challenges.
Demo & Presentation: Schedule and conduct impactful virtual or in-person demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate detailed records of leads outreach and progress within CRM tools.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with operations and marketing teams to refine messaging and develop vertical-specific strategies.
Follow-Through: Nurture leads with consistent follow-up guiding them through the sales funnel toward conversion.
Performance Goals: Meet or exceed weekly outreach targets and sales KPIs with a results-driven mindset.
Brand Representation: Act as an ambassador for Gohfr representing our brand with professionalism credibility and enthusiasm at all times.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in sales business development or customer-facing roles
- Demonstrated success in prospecting and closing deals
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated energetic persistent and comfortable with rejection
- Confident presenting to small businesses and professional organizations
- Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline with minimal oversight
- Tech-savvy; familiar with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce)
- Bonus: Experience selling in logistics delivery healthcare or SaaS
