To have a full understanding of the Dell contract and how it operates globally
Maintain change control logs and reporting
Maintain the appropriate Ariba records to ensure a full and up to date record of the contract is maintained
Understanding and communication to key stakeholders
Ensuring acceptance of process policy and any improvement measures with Vendor Manager input
Maintaining standard operating procedures to ensure effective delivery across the end-to-end process
Work with finance team to embed changes to processes and efficiencies
Support issue management and resolution as requiredAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while being self-motivated and proactive.
Efficient and timely production of quality Management Information and Reporting.
Creativity to seek encourage and find non-traditional approaches to challenges.
Excellent communication skills and strong listening skills.
Ability to work with the WTW designated Software Integrator (third party) for system change requirements.
Technical Skills
Good knowledge & understanding of Procurement activities
Experience of ARIBA or other P2P systems
Experience in maintaining procurement procedures
Experience of contracts and commercial documents
Ability to interface with business stakeholders / sourcing managers and finance to understand their needs and requirements
