Description
NAYA Family Center is looking for a passionate and dedicated Resident Services Manager to lead and support resident services across NAYA housing sites and contracted partner this role you will ensure that high-quality culturally based services are available to residents foster housing stability build community and connect residents with vital internal and external resources. You will supervise train and support the Resident Services Coordinator team while also stepping in to provide direct resident services when needed. This position is based at the NAYA office but will involve regularly rotating between housing sites.

Who You Are
- You have at least three years of experience supporting participants with housing resources or other critical needs with at least two years of supervisory experience preferred.
- You are a compassionate proactive leader committed to culturally responsive services and supporting diverse communities.
- You understand the systemic challenges contributing to housing instability and are committed to addressing them through direct service team leadership and relationship-building.
- Knowledge of Native American history an understanding of the diversity of the local Indigenous/Alaska Native community and awareness of issues affecting the Urban Indian experience are required.
- You are skilled in staff supervision mentorship and professional development.
- You possess strong communication skills trauma-informed approaches and the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
- You thrive in a team-oriented workplace are adaptable and can balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on support when necessary.
- You are proficient in computer skills including web-based research word processing MS Excel database management and email.
- Certification (or ability to certify) in CPR First Aid and AED is required.
What Youll Do
- Ensure high-quality culturally based resident services are provided at NAYA housing sites and contracted partner sites.
- Hire train supervise and support Resident Services Coordinator team members including administering performance improvement plans or disciplinary actions when needed.
- Step in to provide direct resident services at housing sites in the event of vacancies or extended staff leave.
- Coordinate site-level activities workgroups trainings and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry and reporting for program obligations and develop systems to track and report on NAYA Resident Services outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners landlords and property managers to ensure positive living environments.
- Collaborate with NAYA leadership property management and service delivery teams to coordinate efforts and support housing stability.
- Support grant writing government proposals program budgets and funder reports.
- Represent NAYA professionally in community partnerships meetings and public events and coordinate wraparound services effectively with other NAYA Family Center programs and staff.
- Uphold confidentiality and ensure smooth coordination with other NAYA Family Center programs.
