This role is based in our London office with a minimum of 3 days a week expected from the office. Note you should expect semi regular travel to all office locations as part of this role (Cardiff Barcelona and Dublin).

Were looking for a Space (Property/Facilities) Lead to help us scale our strategy and lead the team who manage our global property portfolio. This is a brand new position expanding our Space & Community pillar overseeing 6 brilliant team members across 4 sites. Youll report directly to the Head of Culture and Engagement and work closely with teams across the company to create consistent safe and delightful office experiences which enhances cultural integration and puts the Monzonaut community at the forefront. If you love the variety of rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into the details as well as being future minded and able to scale and iterate at pace then this role is for you.
