Sentar is seeking a Part Time Jr Contracts Administrator in Huntsville!
Role Description:
- Interface with internal staff to complete activities as assigned
- Update Internal tracking Spreadsheets
- File migration from one system to another system
- Tracking of CDRL submissions and upload to SharePoint site
- Interface with Deltek CostPoint
- Track Past Performance Questionnaires responded to for Solicitations
- Complete and track various documents for Contract Administrators and Supplier Forms
- Track Closeout requests and compile data for response to such requests
- Additional activities may be assigned based upon skillset and proficiency as demonstrated
Qualifications:
Clearance Level: N/A
Education: Bachelors Degree (may consider additional years of experience in lieu of)
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in contract and subcontract administration for a government contractor
- Demonstrate an understanding of Deltek CostPoint and SharePoint
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Products (Excel Word and Outlook)
- Basic understanding of contracts and the process
- Must be organized and able to multi-task and complete tasks on time
