Job Summary
Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Part Time
Location: Madison Heights MI 48071
Employment Type: Part-time
Overview: Provide behavioral analysis and therapy services to children with autism and their families at a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic. This role involves assessing client needs designing and monitoring individualized treatment plans training staff and collaborating with families to ensure consistency and effectiveness of therapy. The position requires staying current with research and applying evidence-based practices to improve client outcomes.
Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to determine behavioral intervention needs

Design implement and monitor behavioral analysis and therapy programs

Oversee the implementation of behavioral programs by other staff members

Train staff and design behavioral systems and performance management strategies

Facilitate parent meetings and provide parent training to ensure consistency between home and clinic

Complete comprehensive client goals and documentation for insurance reimbursement and client review

Collaborate with other professionals involved in the clients care

Stay current with research and new methodologies in behavioral analysis

Perform other BCBA-related activities directly related to behavioral analysis
Schedule:

Part-time schedule as determined by clinic needs
Compensation and Benefits:

Estimated hourly rate of $35.00

Qualifications:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license in Michigan

Bachelors degree or higher
-
Minimum of one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Experience working with children with autism preferred
