Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Junior Business Controller with a mindset to grow and a strong sense of this role you will support our Business Controllers across a wide range of financial and operational responsibilities gaining valuable hands-on experience along the way.
- Monitor and report on business performance
- Support budgeting forecasting and monthly reporting
- Support of the month-end closing and reporting processes
- Reporting tools development
- Preparing financial presentations and KPI materials for different stakeholders
- Support diverse daily hands-on tasks in supporting business
- Acting as a contact person and as a link between the business and accounting
Qualifications :
- At least 3 years of relevant financial work experience within the areas of business controlling consultancy auditing or accounting.
- Hands on and flexible attitude.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in Finnish and English.
Education:
A bachelors degree in accounting finance or another relevant field is required. An MSc. is desirable but not an absolute requirement.
