In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Responsible for the evaluation of a finished product for quality and reliability
- Performs inspection tasks anywhere in the facility or outside of the facility as directed
- Troubleshoots rejected materials and communicates with the Quality Manager or Quality Supervisor
Determines and documents findings of inspection tasks (i.e. accepts or rejects)
Who You Are:
You quickly and decisively act in fact-changing unexpected situations. You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse collaborators.
For This Role You Will Need:
- High School Graduate or equivalent experience or GED
- Minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience as a Quality Inspector in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and understand complex manufacturing drawings
- Understands and is proficient with micrometers dial bore gages snap ring gages plug gages thread gauges and other measurement tools and equipment
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- 3-5 year of CMM programming
- Understands CMM programming
