Job Description
Overview
Responsibilities
Leads the People Solution Center in the implementation of special projects which may span across different departments of the organization.
Ensures that work performed by their team is in compliance with policies and regulations.
Identifies trends in the inquiries the People Solutions Center resolves and recommends solutions based on these trends to meet employees needs as well as business objectives.
Maintains and updates the HR Knowledge Base and standard operating procedures in order to best serve employees and leaders.
Documents inquiries and larger initiatives in accordance with established procedures policies and practices for record-keeping.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required: 5 years of related experience (Human Resources strongly preferred)
Preferred:
Human Resources compliance experience including work with state labor laws (wage and hour laws benefits leave policies etc.)
Supervisory experience leading a multi-functional team.
Call center experience a plus.
