As the first point of contact for our organization the Receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This position is responsible for managing front desk operations providing administrative support across the company and delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external visitors. This is a full-time in-office position.
- Greet and assist visitors ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Work independently on daily administrative duties.
- Assist in administrative duties for CEO including but not limited to expense reports travel arrangements and scheduling
- Coordinate building maintenance (inspections follow-ups etc)
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain and organize office files records and databases.
- Sort and deliver daily mail
- Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Monitor and stock kitchen supplies
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying scanning and mailing.
- Support preparation and execution of internal and occasional off-site company meetings and events including facility set up ordering/placement of food and refreshments tear-down and removal of event materials/food
Associate or Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
