As we expand our footprint in the dynamic Southeast Asian market we are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to build our channel strategy in Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Management & Recruitment: Identify recruit onboard and manage new distributors retailers system integrators and e-commerce partners.
- Business Planning: Develop joint business plans with key partners setting clear objectives targets and action plans.
- Sales Growth: Drive sell-through by working closely with partners on inventory management pricing strategies promotional activities and sales training.
- Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners building and maintaining strong long-term relationships at all levels.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends competitor activities and partner performance. Provide regular reports and insights to regional management.
Qualifications and Experience
- 4 years of proven experience in channel sales key account management or business development within the IT/PC hardware industry.
- Established network of contacts with distributors retailers and SI partners in the Thai PC hardware market.
- Strong understanding of the PC component ecosystem including gaming and enthusiast segments.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Fluency in Thai and English is mandatory.
