Key Responsibilities

Install configure and test new technical equipment systems and facilities.
Set up operate and troubleshoot AV systems hardware and networking infrastructure.
Support live events broadcasts and virtual productions by ensuring seamless equipment operation.
Monitor system performance identify issues and implement quick effective solutions.
Diagnose and repair technical faults across hardware networks and AV systems.
Design and implement tailored technical solutions to meet project needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver on technical requests from stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with health safety and regulatory standards.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and share insights with the wider team.

Requirements

Fluent in English both written and spoken.
Solid technical knowledge of AV equipment hardware systems and IT networking.
Proven experience in system installation configuration and maintenance.
Strong understanding of production workflows and live broadcast environments.
Skilled in diagnosing and resolving technical issues under pressure.
Knowledge of advanced AV concepts such as signal routing switching and infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with photography video production or camera operations is a plus.
Excellent organizational communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
