Job Description
Position Overview:
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and executing all human resource functions including recruitment performance management employee relations learning & development and HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving a positive workplace culture ensuring compliance with company policies and aligning HR practices with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process across all functions.
- Oversee employee onboarding engagement and retention initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with best practices.
- Manage performance management processes including goal setting appraisals and feedback cycles.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs to build employee capability.
- Maintain HR metrics and prepare regular reports on headcount attrition and performance trends.

Support organizational change and culture-building initiatives.

Supervise payroll attendance and benefits administration.
Requirements:
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or a related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong understanding of labor laws HR systems and performance management frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
