Job Summary

Position Overview:

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and executing all human resource functions including recruitment performance management employee relations learning & development and HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving a positive workplace culture ensuring compliance with company policies and aligning HR practices with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process across all functions.
  • Oversee employee onboarding engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with best practices.
  • Manage performance management processes including goal setting appraisals and feedback cycles.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs to build employee capability.
  • Maintain HR metrics and prepare regular reports on headcount attrition and performance trends.
  • Support organizational change and culture-building initiatives.

  • Supervise payroll attendance and benefits administration.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws HR systems and performance management frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.

Salary range: PKR 175k-200k
