Support customers via live chat and email.

Assist with questions reports and issues requiring moderation.

Salary Package

Dutch Salary: 1800 gross (1550 net)

Breakdown:

850 basic salary
-
700 Dutch language premium
-
250 Level 2 premium (starting level)

Career Growth: Each level adds new tasks and a higher premium (250 in Level 2 300 in Level 3 etc.).
Work Schedule

Shifts: 19:00- 00:00 (7 PM midnight)

Hybrid work model (partly on-site).

Weekly days off: 2 (rotating).
Training

Full training provided on-site in Malta.

Duration: Confirmed upon onboarding.

Paid training with complete support.
Requirements

Languages: Fluent Dutch B2 English

Relocation to Malta required (company provides partial support).

Criminal record clearance or 2 references required upon arrival.
