Our client is one of a leading commercial bank in Cambodia is seeking a dynamic and highly experienced EVP & Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join our Executive Leadership Team. This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence transform banking services and strengthen our local and international presence.
COO will be responsible for overseeing the banks day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery compliance and operational efficiency. You will play a crucial role in advancing Cash Management Local & International Remittances and operational processes to support the banks growth ambitions.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all branch operations service quality cash management check clearing and centralized transaction processing.
- Provide leadership in managing Local & International Remittances and ensure secure efficient and innovative solutions for customer needs.
- Ensure optimal management of cash operations including ATM balances fund transfers and settlement processes.
- Oversee procurement property security and general administration to ensure seamless support for banking operations.
- Mentor coach and develop operational leaders across the branch network to achieve peak performance.
- Support the banks long-term business strategy and participate in budget and operational planning at the executive level.
Main Requirements:
- Proven senior leadership experience in an international bank.
- At least 10 years professional experience including 5 years at management level with significant exposure to Cash Management and Local & International Remittances.
- Strong track record in operational excellence risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Degree in Banking Finance or Business Administration.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Advanced leadership analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to drive change and innovation.
