DescriptionKey Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the facility including cleaning landscaping parking etc.
- Ensure smooth functioning of essential services like reception Courier catering waste disposal.
- Oversee installation and maintenance of systems like CCTV RO plants HVAC and electrical infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess repair needs and ensure safety compliance.
- Manage upkeep of equipment and supplies of stationery pantry services.
- Identify and execute improvement projects.
- Prepare and manage budgets for department.
- Plan future development in line with strategic business objectives.
- Calculate and compare AOP costs v/s Actual
- Develop and maintain a vendor base for cost-efficient procurement.
- Negotiate and manage contracts for construction maintenance and other services
- Optimize use of space and resources in existing / new premises.
- Procurement of Uniform to employee
- Support Company strategic and initiatives like cost optimization.
- Respond to various Audits like Compliance ISO etc.
- Oversee food service quality in canteen
- Support to CSR initiatives
- Compliance management of Principal employer and Vendor
- Employee engagement program
- Govt. relation like DISH Labor office Guard Board Grampanchayat etc)
Education/ Qualification:
Graduation Post Graduation
Experience:
10-12 Years of experience in to same domain and relevant industry
