Your Role -

As a Engineer you will be at the forefront of designing developing and optimizing domain-driven microservices that power real-time trading applications. Youll work in a high-performance low-latency environment leveraging your expertise in multi-threading asynchronous programming and modern software architecture to build scalable resilient systems.

Key Responsibilities -

System Design & Development:

Architect and develop real-time domain-driven microservices Core for scalability and modularity.
Apply multi-threading and asynchronous programming techniques to support high-concurrency workloads.
Implement event-driven architectures with messaging tools (Kafka AWS SQS RabbitMQ).

Performance & Optimization:

Optimize applications for low latency and high throughput in trading environments.
Ensure thread safety resolve resource contention and enhance parallelism.
Design fault-tolerant systems for large-scale data streams and real-time events.

Architectural Contributions:

Drive adoption of advanced design patterns including Clean Architecture Vertical Slice Architecture and CQRS.
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
Ensure robustness scalability and maintainability across all systems.

Agile Collaboration:

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (planning stand-ups retrospectives).
Work with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to refine requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Code Quality & Testing:

Write clean maintainable and testable code using TDD methodologies.
Perform code reviews to uphold best practices and architectural integrity.
Build and maintain robust unit integration and performance tests.

Monitoring & Observability:

Enhance observability using OpenTelemetry for distributed tracing and metrics.
Collaborate with DevOps to build monitoring dashboards with Prometheus Grafana and Kibana.
Ensure real-time insight into performance and reliability metrics.

Your Profile -

Required Expertise:

7 years of software development experience with deep focus Core & C#.
Advanced knowledge of multi-threaded programming and concurrency in distributed systems.
Proven experience in domain-driven microservices and modern architectural patterns.
Strong understanding of event-driven systems and messaging platforms (Kafka AWS SQS RabbitMQ).
Hands-on with observability and monitoring tools (OpenTelemetry Prometheus Grafana Elastic/Kibana).
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines Docker and Kubernetes.
Solid knowledge of Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Beneficial Skills:

Experience in Saga patterns for distributed transactions.
Background in trading/financial systems with low-latency requirements.
Advanced database optimization (SQL Server).

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
Relevant certifications in system or AWS are a plus.
