Emerald Zebra is looking for an experienced Financial Analyst / Auditor on behalf of a well-established and trusted online broker with expertise across the US European and Asian stock markets to be based at their Limassol office. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP
- Prepare working papers review supporting documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness of data provided to auditors and the group consolidation team
- Support and coordinate external and internal audits including responding to audit requests and liaising with auditors
- Identify internal control risks contribute to control design and review documentation of control procedures
- Provide analytical and operational support to Accounting Treasury and Budgeting teams as required
- Prepare ad-hoc financial and analytical reports for management and business units
- Work with large datasets ensuring clear structure validation and data integrity
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal templates methodologies and automation of routine finance processes
- Proactively identify issues suggest improvements and support efficiency enhancements across finance functions
Your Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics or a related field
- 2 years of experience in accounting or audit (experience within the financial sector is an advantage)
- Experience with Big 4 or other international audit firms is a plus
- Basic understanding of internal controls and documentation requirements
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP with hands-on experience in financial statements and disclosures
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas pivot tables Power Query)
- Experience with 1C or other accounting systems
- Basic understanding of SQL or willingness to develop automation and data processing skills
- High attention to detail accuracy and strong ownership of responsibilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment manage multiple priorities and support various departments
- Proactive organized and results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong team player
- Fluency in English and Russian is required; additional languages are an advantage

- Salary Range: EUR 45000 - 57000 gross/year (approx. EUR 3000 -3500 net/month)
