Were looking for B2B Digital Sales Specialists to drive growth for LinkedIns business solutions. Work remotely from anywhere in Bulgaria with a stable schedule and strong earning potential.
What Youll Do
Engage with B2B clients to understand their business needs and recommend LinkedIn solutions
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation qualification and closing deals
Apply proven sales methodologies to drive growth and performance
Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent client experience

Salary & Benefits
Gross Salary: 4242 BGN/month
Quarterly Bonus: Target 2000 BGN (based on performance)
Bonus is paid per quarter not monthly
Advance salary: 1056 BGN net available upon request (repaid in 3 monthly installments of 352 BGN)

Requirements
Dutch C1/C2 level (mandatory)
English B2 or higher
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales ideally in tech or digital advertising
Strong knowledge of business development lead generation and qualification techniques
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working remotely with self-discipline and accountability

10 nights in a city-center hotel (with breakfast booked by company)
Travel reimbursement: Up to 490 BGN (after 6 months; with e-ticket & invoice)
Advance salary: 1056 BGN (processed within 5 working days upon submitting a valid bank account)
