Our client is a global leader in data and analytics delivering innovative solutions that help organizations make smarter decisions manage risk and drive growth. With a well-established technology center in Sofia the company fosters a collaborative and inclusive work environment focused on continuous learning cutting-edge projects and real-world impact. On their behalf we are looking for a Control Testing Analyst to join their team in Sofia.
Responsibilities:
- Control Testing Execution: Perform control testing activities including walkthroughs sampling and root cause analysis. Evaluate control design and operational effectiveness against defined criteria.
- Documentation: document testing procedures and findings following internal standards.
- Issue Identification: Identify control deficiencies and provide detailed assessments of the impact and root cause. Report findings to the Control Testing Co-ordinator and contribute to remediation planning.
- Collaboration: Partner with teams to gather evidence and clarify control processes. Work with the Analytics Team to integrate relevant data insights into control testing and seek opportunities for continuous assurance.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving control testing methodologies and frameworks.
Requirements:
- Experience with control testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience managing and coordinating multiple testing activities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulatory requirements and their possible effects for control environments.
- Experience with FCA requirements of ensuring good customer outcomes within business practices.
- Deliver concise and applicable control testing reports.

- Екипът е нов наели са вече местен мениджър в България. Ще бъдат second level protection. Ще комуникират с 1-ва и 3-та линия.
- За Control Testing Coordinator ролята искат 1 човек който да е по-опитен тъй като ще управлява екип от Control Testing Analyst-и. Ще изготвя репорти към мениджмънта.
- За Control Testing Analyst тук ще бъдат 3-4 човека. Казаха че към нас са отворили 1 позиция но според мен ако им пратим читави могат да вземат поне 2-ма. По-junior профил. Става с 2-3 години опит вътрешен или външен одит.
- Модела на работа си е хибриден ще ги искат поне 4-5 дни от месеца в офис. Нямат нещо фиксирано.
- Процесът 1-ва стъпка: задача. 2-ра стъпка интервю с местния мениджър. 3-та стъпка интервю с Head of UK ще има само за Control Testing Coordinator-а. За Analyst-а са само първите 2 стъпки.
