Job Summary

Role description
- Analyze and design the companys organizational structure

Optimize the distribution of functions roles and responsibilities

Collaborate with top management and executives to align changes
- Develop proposals for departmental restructuring and new management models

Oversee implementation of changes and evaluate effectiveness
- Prepare and present proactive recommendations on organizational design
- Research competitors and industry practices from an organizational design perspective
Requirements
- Experience in HRD organizational development or change management

Background in consulting (Big4 experience is a strong plus)

Proven experience working with founders and C-level executives

Knowledge of business analysis and project management methodologies

Strong systems thinking strategic planning and risk assessment skills
- Ability to operate in conditions of uncertainty and incomplete information

Willingness to combine strategic work with hands-on operational tasks

Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Flexible mindset with the ability to defend your position and reach agreements
- Russian language C1
