Role Overview:
Were looking for a Client Services Officer to join our fast-paced collaborative team in the ASEAN region (based in the Philippines) on a full-time permanent basis.
In this key role youll be at the heart of our client journey ensuring a smooth onboarding and planning process supporting day-to-day operations and acting as a vital link between our internal teams and valued clients. Youll take ownership of maintaining accurate data across multiple platforms and help drive service excellence across every interaction.
