Officer 3, Regulatory Compliance

This role:

• Understand applicable Acts Regulations Notices Circulars and Guidelines to address clients queries
• Tracking of work items and monthly calls
• Drafting of compliance checklists and reports
• Drafting of meeting minutes
• Maintenance of compliance registers
• Drafting of onboarding pack
• Drafting and review of compliance documents
• Assist with routine and ad-hoc administrative tasks
• Highly discreet organized and meticulous
• Professional conduct and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
• Neat and tidy
• Team player

Qualifications :

About You:

• Minimum diploma in any discipline
• 5  years of solid experience in Compliance or related functions.
• Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• In-depth knowledge of the Asian industrys standards and regulations experience is a plus.
