This role:
- Understand applicable Acts Regulations Notices Circulars and Guidelines to address clients queries
- Tracking of work items and monthly calls
- Drafting of compliance checklists and reports
- Drafting of meeting minutes
- Maintenance of compliance registers
- Drafting of onboarding pack
- Drafting and review of compliance documents
- Assist with routine and ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Highly discreet organized and meticulous
- Professional conduct and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
- Neat and tidy
- Team player

Qualifications :
About You:
- Minimum diploma in any discipline
- 5 years of solid experience in Compliance or related functions.
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- In-depth knowledge of the Asian industrys standards and regulations experience is a plus.
