Job Summary

We are seeking a Stakeholder Engagement and Execution Leader to support LADWP initiatives in Los Angeles. This role requires a dynamic professional who combines executive presence with proven facilitation communication and implementation skills. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships across diverse stakeholder groups producing actionable roadmaps and ensuring organizational readiness for long-term success.

WORK SCHEDULE: January August 2026 Full-Time (40 hours per week)

PAY RATE: $115.00 -$125.00 per hour

WHAT YOULL DO:

Lead multi-party stakeholder facilitation ensuring input from community-based organizations LADWP leadership unions (IBEW Local 18 and others) City Council and the Mayors Office.
Develop and deliver executive-level communications including presentations metrics dashboards and reports tailored to senior management and elected officials.
Produce a comprehensive actionable roadmap and tailored job aids incorporating stakeholder feedback before and after initial drafts.
Provide recommendations for performance improvement and create approaches for tracking progress against milestone goals.
Support LADWP with organizational readiness planning ensuring knowledge transfer so implementation can continue seamlessly.
Assist with the execution of milestone goals when requested by LADWP contributing to both strategic design and operational delivery.

WHAT YOULL BRING:

Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills
Experience leading stakeholder engagement across diverse groups (executives unions operational staff board members community organizations)
Proven ability to produce executive-level presentations reports and metrics
Demonstrated success in organizational strategy and implementation in water utilities power utilities or adjacent industries
Experience across multiple organizations and industry segments not limited to a single context
Relationships with LADWP or the LA City Council are a strong plus
