ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborates with store manager in areas of risk management physical security store cash controls and inventory managementWorks with Stock Supervisor to ensure that all management and operations are run smoothly and effectively meeting store goalsDirectly trains stock supervisor to assist in the training of the sales staff in all areas of appropriate register usage and maintenanceUnderstands and properly execute all management register functionsManages all areas of stock and shipping/receiving policy and proceduresPartners with store manager to directly impact inventory controlOnly applicable for Offsite drivers: Responsible for driving product to and from the Offsite location on an as needed basisMERCHANDISING/VISUALEnsure the selling floor is neat organized stocked and reflects the correct visual image at all timesAssist in the implementation and maintenance of all merchandising/ visual directivesEnsure deliveries are properly processed in a timely mannerIdentify product concerns in a timely mannerCommunicate inventory needs to support the business goalCUSTOMER SERVICESupport and encourage staff to provide the highest level of customer serviceResolve all client issues quickly and effectively ensuring customer satisfactionHUMAN RESOURCESEnsure image and grooming standards are professional and reflective of the brand image at all timesAdhere to work schedule inclusive of time and attendanceSupport and assist stock supervisor with follow-up for all training programs and seminars

At least 2 years retail or supply chain management experience. Strong communication and organizational skills.
