• Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical Production or Mechanical) and/or Chemistry
• Availability to work in shifts and on a 5X2 work schedule
• Intermediate English desirable

• Experience in Supply Chain / Manufacturing
• People management skills
• Ability to analyze data
• Intermediate knowledge of Office Suite and Google tools
• Basic knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of Opera and Data Studio is desirable
• Knowledge of EHS (Environment Health and Safety) Quality and Continuous improvement

• Production management

• Supervise daily activities of operators and production assistants align activities between shifts and oversee quality control tasks.
• Act as a leader by setting an example for team members aiming to maintain healthy relationships and a good working environment.
• Encourage teamwork by establishing strong trustworthy relationships.

• Understand and comply with Colgates policy requirements EHS standards Quality and FP&R and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs);
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production of finished products and related processes;
• Provide feedback to employees;
• Analyze and interpret KPIs (AU UPDT PDT AML Throughput among others) and implement corrective and preventive actions to meet objectives;
• Communicate investigate and document out-of-specification cases;
• Promote good interpersonal relationships;
• Communicate effectively at all levels;
• Prepare participate in deliver and evaluate required Quality GMP FP&R and EHS training sessions;
• Manage in partnership with maintenance the operational conditions of equipment and make them available for necessary maintenance;
• Coordinate monthly and annual inventories with the Operations Team;
• Develop and update operational SOPs.
