Key Responsibilities:
Elevate the Porsche Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact across Sales Service and Parts ensuring a cohesive high-touch customer journey
- Proactively resolve escalations with empathy and urgency
- Lead personalized follow-up initiatives to nurture long-term loyalty and retention
Create Memorable Moments
- Conceptualize plan and execute luxury events including vehicle launches track experiences and VIP Porsche gatherings
- Bring the Porsche lifestyle to life through brand storytelling and community engagement
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver flawless on-site and off-site events
Drive Operational Excellence & Brand Compliance
- Ensure staff certifications and Porsche training requirements are always current
- Uphold impeccable showroom lounge and Porsche Café presentation in alignment with Porsches visual identity standards
- Review and guide digital print and in-store marketing materials for Porsche compliance
- Conduct regular facility audits to maintain brand and operational standards addressing gaps with internal teams
Support Daily Dealership Operations
- Oversee Porsche Lifestyle merchandise displays and manage inventory
- Monitor customer satisfaction and retention metrics; report on trends and insights
- Stay fully informed on all Porsche models past present and future and communicate product knowledge confidently
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure top-quality service and favorable partnerships
- Champion customer satisfaction KPIs across Sales Service and Parts using OEM benchmarks as success measures
Success in This Role Will Be Measured By:

- Compliance and facility audit outcomes

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Hospitality or related field preferred
- 35 years of experience in luxury retail dealership operations or high-end customer service
- Exceptional communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of CRM and digital tools; CDK experience is a plus
- A genuine passion for luxury automotive and the Porsche brand
