Job Summary:
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for handling end to end recruitment cycle in sync with the entire Talent Acquisition Group and various Business teams.
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
- Liaising with internal departments / business units to determine recruitment needs.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online job portal social platforms references etc.
- Interviewing candidates across all levels before setting up their technical /managerial interview
- Ensuring complete documentation of selected candidates are in place
- Rolling out Offers of the selected candidates
- Taking complete ownership of candidate starting from interview to onboarding
- Maintaining various MIS reports related to Interviews Offers Joining etc.
Education and Experience:
- Any graduate MBA/PG in HR is preferred
- 3 yearsofstrong experience in corporate recruitments
- Experience working on any ATS platform would be preferred
- Should have worked on various job portals social media & professional sites.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
