Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Education Marketing Communication Arts Human Resources Management Psychology Social Science or other related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in a related field like recruitment human resources and the like
- General exposure to career preparation strategies and graduate placement activities
- General knowledge and enthusiasm with Traditional and Digital Arts Multimedia Information Technology and Game Development is a distinct advantage
- Strong experience and skill in reports generation and database management is an advantage for this role
- Strong database management research and critical thinking skills
- Must possess strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
- Familiarity and ability to work around Google Workspace is an advantage
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and with discretion
- Ability to work around new technological advancements is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Career Development and Graduate Placement
- Determine key employability factors and gaps through employer feedback and labor market research.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide job matching assistance to graduating students.
- Coordinate with the Academic and Student Affairs teams to ensure alignment between student development initiatives and industry standards.
Career Readiness and Employability Programs
- Plan and execute career readiness programs focused on behavioral andsoft skills such as communication professionalism critical thinking andcollaboration.
- Deliver employability workshops mock interviews career coachingsessions and values-based readiness training.
- Collaborate with Guidance Counselors Program Heads and external experts to integrate employability skills into student developmentinitiatives.
Alumni Affairs and Engagement
- Organize and facilitate termly orientations for graduating students andalumni about alumni services and graduate support programs.
- Maintain and regularly update alumni communication tools directoriesand databases.
- Provide consultation and employment assistance to alumni as needed
Research Monitoring and Reporting
- Conduct graduate exit interviews every term and analyze collected data to
assess employment outcomes the effectiveness of placement strategiesand the relevance of academic programs and student services. - Submit comprehensive reports based on alumni/graduates trackingfindings alumni engagement and placement performance.
- Recommend improvements in academic programs policies and studentsupport services using tracking and alumni feedback.
Marketing and Communications
- Develop quarterly newsletters and digital content that highlight graduate employability milestones alumni success stories and placementachievements.
- Collaborate with Branding and Communications for campaignsshowcasing CIITs career placement initiatives.
- Promote behavioral growth and industry readiness success throughinternal and external communication channels.
