Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for our solutions from initial scoping and planning through to deployment and go-live.
- Provide expert-level (3rd line) support and complex troubleshooting for escalated client issues ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team in pre-sales activities including technical demonstrations solution design and effort estimation.
We are happy to hear from you if you have:
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Expert-level proficiency in end-to-end implementations of SAP SF Employee Central Payroll for Germany
- Business fluency in German (C1 minimum)
- Excellent knowledge of Labour Law and Compliance in German HR
- Deep Expertise in German Payroll processes
- Ability to start on October 14th 2025.
