Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Enhance Stuckey Automotive Customer Experience
Advises customers at auto dealerships about their repair needs by taking test drives checking vehicle
maintenance records and examining service schedules
Greet and welcome service customers in a friendly and courteous manner
Schedules appointments answer phones and collects funds for service
Verifies warranty and service contract coverage
Develops estimates by costing materials supplies and labor
Prepares repair orders
Maintains excellent customer rapport
Maintains automotive records
Continuous learning by participating in education opportunities and required training
Attends to customers in waiting areas as well as driving them home or to work as needed
Ensure cleanliness of service write up area
Follow Guidelines set in Stuckey Automotive Handbook
Work with Service Manager to met and exceed any deadlines
Meet and/or maintain all requirements for Job function
Reports to: Service Manager
Minimum Qualifications Skills Work Experience Requirements
Valid Drivers License
Must Submit and Pass Drug Screening
Understanding of Stuckey Automotives Excellent Customer Service
