Registration & Examination Coordinator (m/f/d)
(full-time/part-time 2-year limited contract)
Your responsibilities:
Administration of module and course registrations in our Campus Management Systems (CMS)
Administration of examination related processes including preparing exam participant lists grade administration and monitoring exam attempts of the students
General advising of and support for students and professors/lecturers regarding the registration for modules and courses examination matters and academic regulations
Supporting QM processes with regard to the implementation of changes and updates in study programs
Supporting the development of university policies and of the academic calendar (e.g. in internal academic committees)
Monitoring and coordinating of projects within the Registrar Services department and in collaboration with other departments to ensure the goals are met in a timely manner and within the specified framework
Preparing and updating processes workflows to ensure that all processes are well documented and workflows are adhered to
Your qualifications:
Successfully completed university degree or equivalent qualification
Highly reliable working approach strong organizational skills as well as commitment
Excellent skills in using modern IT software (e.g. MS Office 365 student management systems)
Strong communication skills as well as a high degree of teamwork and service orientation
Proven experience in working in international and diverse environments and in working with colleagues and customers with diverse cultural backgrounds
Excellent English and German skills both written and spoken
