Job Description

Become part of our Constructor community and complete the Registrar Services team in Bremen as

Registration & Examination Coordinator (m/f/d)

(full-time/part-time 2-year limited contract)

Your responsibilities:

  • Administration of module and course registrations in our Campus Management Systems (CMS)

  • Administration of examination related processes including preparing exam participant lists grade administration and monitoring exam attempts of the students

  • General advising of and support for students and professors/lecturers regarding the registration for modules and courses examination matters and academic regulations

  • Supporting QM processes with regard to the implementation of changes and updates in study programs

  • Supporting the development of university policies and of the academic calendar (e.g. in internal academic committees)

  • Monitoring and coordinating of projects within the Registrar Services department and in collaboration with other departments to ensure the goals are met in a timely manner and within the specified framework

  • Preparing and updating processes workflows to ensure that all processes are well documented and workflows are adhered to

Your qualifications:

  • Successfully completed university degree or equivalent qualification

  • Highly reliable working approach strong organizational skills as well as commitment

  • Excellent skills in using modern IT software (e.g. MS Office 365 student management systems)

  • Strong communication skills as well as a high degree of teamwork and service orientation

  • Proven experience in working in international and diverse environments and in working with colleagues and customers with diverse cultural backgrounds

  • Excellent English and German skills both written and spoken
