Job Title: Ministry Resource Manager
Reporting Relationship: Director of Academic Services
Unit: Wesley Seminary
Department: 21st Century Church -Wesley Seminary
Campus Location: Wesley Seminary - Marion IN
Summary of Position: The Ministry Resource Manager provides leadership and operational oversight for Lantern and the Scholar Practitioner Institutes (SPIs). This role ensures smooth execution of projects content delivery and community engagement while supporting Wesley Seminary in advancing strategic goals. The Ministry Resource Manager manages workflows coordinates contributors and resource development and fosters a vibrant learning community that equips ministry leaders.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Program Oversight
- Manage the daily operations of Lantern and SPI initiativeskeeping projects on time on budget and aligned with Seminary goals
- Track progress through reports and dashboards anticipate and solve problems and work closely with marketing events faculty and leadership to ensure successful promotions and launches
- Content Management & Platform Operations
- Manage the planning scheduling and publishing of Lantern contentarticles courses videos and podcastswhile ensuring high standards of quality accessibility and theological integrity
- Keep content organized for long-term use and stay up to date on digital learning and ministry trends to improve processes and tools for greater impact
- Community Engagement & Communication
- Lead communication efforts on the Lantern platformmanaging announcements newsletters and interactive updates
- Create a welcoming safe community that encourages participation and youll gather feedback to keep improving Lantern and SPI experiences
- Team & Contributor Coordination
- Recruit and support contributors instructors and contractorslike writers videographers and assessorswhile managing contracts assignments and payments
- Ensure contributors are equipped and aligned with program goals and youll share updates through reports presentations and communications

Education - Bachelors degree in business communications ministry or related field (Masters preferred)
Experience - Three to five (3-5) years experience in project management operations or content management (nonprofit ministry or academic setting preferred)
Required Skills - Strong organizational and leadership skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft 365 Google Workspace)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Alignment with the mission and values of Wesley Seminary Indiana Wesleyan University and The Wesleyan Church
