ServiceNow HAM/ITOM Specialist
Purpose: Implement and configure the ServiceNow HAM and ITOM modules for IT hardware lifecycle and CMDB population.
Responsibilities:
- Implement lifecycle processes for hardware assets.
- Configure discovery and dependency mapping for ITOM.
- Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with asset requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified (HAM/ITOM Implementation Specialist or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow HAM.
