_{We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Radiology Manager to lead the Imaging Services Department. This role is responsible for the overall planning organization and supervision of imaging operations ensuring high-quality patient care across all age groups-from newborn to elderly. The Radiology Manager will oversee regulatory compliance budgeting performance improvement and staff competency within the department.}

• _{Conduct daily rounds to monitor staff efficiency patient satisfaction and professional conduct.}

• _{Ensure the physical environment and equipment meet all safety and functional standards.}

• _{Perform ongoing evaluation of departmental operations outcomes and quality assurance.}

• _{Develop and implement updated imaging techniques and procedures.}

• _{Lead budget preparation and maintain fiscal accountability for staffing supplies and equipment.}

• _{Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and support performance improvement.}

• _{Uphold patient safety initiatives and participate in organizational safety programs.}

• _{Supervise imaging staff including hiring orientation scheduling evaluations and ongoing education.}

• _{Maintain policies procedures and protocols in alignment with hospital and regulatory requirements.}

• _{Promote positive interdepartmental communication and community engagement.}

• _{Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and ensure appropriate storage of supplies and medications.}

• _{Support disaster preparedness and hospital safety initiatives.}

• _{Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.}

• _{Maintain a professional appearance and meet departmental dress code standards.}

• _{Consistently check and respond to email throughout the day.}

• _{Complete all required education and training within assigned timelines.}

• _{Attend annual performance reviews and at least 75% of department meetings.}

• _{Participate actively in quality improvement (QI) activities.}

• _{Follow all ethical and regulatory requirements including HIPAA.}

• _{Accurately clock in/out using the hospitals timekeeping system.}

• _{Serve as a positive representative of the organization within the facility and community.}

_{Education & Experience:}

• _{High School diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred.}

• _{Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.}

• _{Minimum five (5) years of hands-on diagnostic imaging experience including special procedures.}

• _{Prior leadership experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Director in Imaging Services.}

_{Licensure & Certification:}

• _{Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).}

• _{Certified by the State of Washington to practice and administer radiation.}

• _{Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.}

• _{Active membership in a professional radiologic technologist organization preferred.}

_{Language Skills:}

• _{Strong written and verbal communication skills.}

• _{Ability to interpret technical materials policies and medical documentation.}

_{Mathematical Skills:}

• _{Proficient in statistical interpretation budgeting and data analysis.}
