Job Summary

Hybrid / Onsite 3 days a week at any of the following:
- Purchase NY
- New York NY
- Morristown NJ
- Conshohocken PA
- Charlotte NC
- Boston MA

Manage M&A IT Program activities end-to-end (integration planning execution and post-merger optimization).
Lead large-scale IT integrations across multiple regions/business units.
Ensure alignment between business and IT priorities during M&A programs.
Apply PMLC and SDLC methodologies to drive projects.
Partner with stakeholders across Commercial Insurance business units.
Act as a facilitator and bridge between cross-functional teams.
Deliver successful IT integrations on-time within budget and with minimal disruption.

Domain Required

Commercial Insurance (P&C) - minimum 3 years of hands-on experience.
Strong understanding of insurance systems operations and IT landscapes.
Prior exposure to M&A divestiture or IT carve-out/integration programs within the insurance/financial sector.
