Job Summary

Position: Data Engineer

Location: Miami FL/Irving TX***Day Onsite***

Skills: Grafana stack ELK stack AWS OpenSearch New Relic PostgreSQL Oracle Database Timeseries Influx/Prometheus

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards using Grafana ELK stack (Elasticsearch Logstash Kibana) and AWS OpenSearch.
Design and implement data visualizations that provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure dashboards meet business needs.
Integrate monitoring solutions with microservices architecture.
Write and maintain scripts in Python for data collection processing and automation.
Optimize performance and scalability of monitoring solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to monitoring and data visualization.
Integrate with various databases including time series databases like InfluxDB and other relational databases like PostgreSQL Oracle and NoSQL databases like Apache Cassandra Neo4j Redis.
Implement and manage job scheduling tools to automate tasks and workflows.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in monitoring and analytics.

Required Qualifications:

5 Years of experience in implementing & maintaining insightful dashboards using different monitoring tools stack.
Proven experience with Grafana stack ELK stack and AWS OpenSearch.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
Proficiency in Python programming.
Experience with data visualization and dashboard development.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and best practices.
Experience with database integration and time series databases (e.g. InfluxDB TimescaleDB).
Experience with job scheduling tools (e.g. Apache Airflow Cron).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
