Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer / Lead with extensive experience in data center network architecture design and operations. The role requires deep hands-on expertise technical leadership and the ability to drive large-scale data center initiatives in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design architecture and implementation of large-scale data center network infrastructure
Own routing switching security and high-availability network solutions
Provide L3/L4 support root cause analysis and resolution of complex network issues
Drive network modernization upgrades and migrations
Work closely with data center operations cloud security and application teams
Mentor junior engineers and review technical designs and changes
Manage change management incident response and network documentation
Ensure compliance with security performance and availability standards

Mandatory Skills:

12 years of hands-on experience in Network Engineering
Strong expertise in Data Center Networking (Spine-Leaf Clos EVPN)
Advanced knowledge of Routing & Switching (BGP OSPF EIGRP)
Hands-on experience with Cisco / Arista / Juniper network platforms
Strong experience with Firewalls Load Balancers and Network Security
Experience with LAN WAN VLANs VXLAN
Proven experience handling enterprise-scale high-availability environments
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

CCNP / CCIE (preferred)
Experience with multi-site data centers
Knowledge of cloud connectivity (AWS Azure GCP Direct Connect / ExpressRoute)
Exposure to network automation (Python Ansible Terraform)
ITIL or process-driven operations experience
