Job Description

Production Associate Level I (Disassembly Cleaning & Inspection)

Schedule: Mon Thu 6:00 AM 4:30 PM Duration: 12 months

Job Summary:
Responsible for disassembly cleaning and inspection of high-horsepower diesel engines (60L & 78L) in a manufacturing environment. Operates machines hand tools and lifting equipment safely while meeting quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teardown of diesel engines using cranes hand and power tools.

  • Clean inspect and prepare components for next production stage.

  • Follow safety standards PPE use and HSE procedures.

  • Perform quality checks and report non-conforming material.

  • Maintain a clean organized work area and equipment.

  • Collaborate with team members and support staff to achieve production goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Automotive/diesel repair or heavy equipment experience.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hand tool knowledge.

  • Safety-conscious with attention to detail.

  • Production-oriented and team player.
